This house was originally built in the early1980's. It was currently being renovated by it's owner's son  We acquired the property in December of 2020 and revised the renovation plan.  After clearing the interior, we upgraded the components and changed the look and feel of the space. The home now reflected a more open plan with the addition of a bedroom and a bath, as well as an additional dwelling unit.  The exterior remained relatively intact with the addition of new paint and some landscaping. The project was completed in April of 2021.
