This house is 4006 square feet and construction was originally started in 2000. The property was originally built as a cabin.  It then had the garage and back addition constructed to bring it up to its current size. The property had 3 different owners and had not been maintained by the final occupant.  After removing the trash and debris left by the previous owner, the task of reconstruction began.  The site and exterior were reconditioned and the interior was completely refitted and upgraded before placing it on the open market.
