This house has 3000 square feet and was originally built in 1983. The property had been occupied by the original owners and had received very few upgrades during that time.  The house was purchased in September of 2021 and was gutted inside and completely refitted with new amenities.  The popcorn ceilings were removed and the house was renovated to reflect a modern up to date interior.  The exterior was in reasonably good condition with a new roof. All that was required on the outside was repainting with contemporary colors and minor improvements of the landscaping. The project was completed in January of 2022.
