This house was originally built in the 1970's and had very few upgrades since.  This property was acquired in February of 2019.  It presented some challenges as it had popcorn ceilings that had been painted.  The cabinets and appliances were all dated, and the flooring and colors reflected the age of the home.

The evaluation and inspection dictated full tear out and replace.  The interior of the home was refitted with new cabinets and appliances, new doors, flooring and tile, paint, and amenities.  The exterior frou-frous were removed and a trellis was added to the entry.  New paint and a landscaping upgrade finalized the new look. This project was completed in May, 2019.
